I am passionate about health and helping people feel at their best.
Having worked as a podiatrist in primary care for 17 years, I was mostly faced with chronic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, digestive problems, autoimmune issues etc. This took me on my own journey of researching the link between food and health. The conclusion I came to was that most of these health issues could be avoided if we nourished ourselves better.

I retrained as a nutritionist in 2016 and I now help inspire and support you in improving your health with simple lifestyle measures- food being the one of focus. The outcome is that you will learn how much influence our lifestyle has over our health, and which foods are in your favour according to the health challenge you face.
